Biography

William John Poulos, BCom (Honours), LL.B has practiced in the area of Civil Litigation for over 18 years. He has appeared as Litigation Counsel in the Superior Court of Justice and has also been Counsel in cases before the Appellate Courts. He has appeared in Civil Litigation Cases reported in the Ontario Reports, the Canadian Bankruptcy Reports, the Real Property Reports, the Ontario Appeal Cases, the Business Law Reports, the Construction Law Reports, the Personal Property Security Act Cases and Carswell's Practice Cases. His entire practice is devoted to resolution of Civil Disputes/Civil Litigation.

Mr. Poulos was born in Kingston and has lived in Kingston and surrounding area for over 26 years. Mr. Poulos attended Kingston Collegiate Vocational Institute and subsequently Queen's University and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Mr. Poulos completed the Bar Admission Course in London and is a member of the Frontenac Law Association, Hellenic Canadian Lawyers' Association, the Hellenic Orthodox Community of Kingston and The Osgoode Society For Canadian Legal History. He is married to Robin Westphal and the couple have two children.
